Permit is to remodel an existing 1,615 sq. ft. lobby area within an existing 8 story building. Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: removal of select non-load bearing brick, removal of select furred out walls, removal of select gypsum ceiling, removal of select suspended acoustic ceiling, construction of select non-load bearing walls, construction of select gypsum ceiling soffit, relocate existing light fixtures, electrical work, mechanical ductwork and interior finishes to be in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2012 IBC. Note: existing one hour rated lobby corridor walls to be maintained. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**
