(IMPERIAL PLAZA CONDOMINIUMS – SITE WORK – WEST SIDE) (CZC16-00134) The entire basement of this existing high-rise building is required to have a fire sprinkler system. The rest of the building does not have a fire sprinkler system. To construct concrete curb ramps and a sidewalk to serve the West entrance of an existing high-rise apartment building. The intent is to provide a route accessible to the disabled from a passenger loading zone to and through the West building entrance. Work is to include concrete curb ramps, concrete sidewalks, a handrail, a guard, a passenger loading zone, and electric powered operators on existing entrance doors. This permit is a scope of work permit and is not intended to establish a Certificate of Occupancy for any tenant. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes and ordinances. **CJW**
