DRH16-00126 ** Scope of work is to replace all windows throughout home. Windows in the new bedrooms located in the basement shall comply with egress todays egress requirements. All windows replaced shall have a min. u-value of 0.35. Work in the basement consists of creating 2 bedrooms by constructing a partition wall down the center of the living room. Also the laundry will be converted into a new bedroom. The existing mechanical room will be converted to a full bathroom. Existing block heating system will also be removed and has been approved under DRH16-00126. Upstairs, relocate the hall bathroom door to create a master bathroom. In addition, relocate the door to the master bedroom. Remove non-load bearing wall in kitchen, and add a 1/2 bath. Per Troy James, the Manual J will be submitted at a later date. Separate electrical, plumbing and HVAC permits shall be obtained by trades. The work will be performed per the approved plans and local codes. **DAF**
