Plan Mod 6/15/16 - 8/29/16 for a detached 450 sq. ft. uncondition garage with 347 sq. ft. bonus room with half bath above. **DAF** DRH16-00063 ** Scope of work is to 298 sq foot addition to the rear of the home. The addition will include relocating the laundry room, adding a half bath, mud room and dining nook and a 21 sq. ft. covered porch. The roof system of the addition is flat and will serve as an exterior, open patio/deck area. This area will be accessed from the inside of bedroom #4 as well as a new spiral staircase located on the north side of the addition. In the existing portion of the home, the master bedroom located on the main level will be enlarged to include a redesigned bathroom and walk-in closet. Also a window pop-out will be added to the bedroom on the north side. Upstairs in bedroom #4, the window will be removed and an access door leading to the new patio/deck area will be installed. The basement will have a structural wall built to help support the existing east basement wall. Work will be performed per the approved plans, local codes and stamped engineering. **DAF**
