Also create TV room, livng room and kitchen. The existing 1 car garage will be converted into the dining room and kitchen area. The floor system in the garage will be raised to match existing interior floor height. Walls in this area will be furred out to provide R-20 insulation. The work will also include a new detached 24x24 sq. ft. unheated garage. Separate electrical, plumbing and HVAC permits will be pulled by the trades.
