**(TK BAR – 1st Floor Remodel)** Permit is to remodel an existing 2,739 sq. ft. 1st floor space within an existing 5,920 two story building. Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: construction of select interior nonbearing walls to demise an existing vehicle storage area and a secured storage area, relocate existing door/door frames, relocate existing lighting fixtures and interior finishes to be in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2012 IBC. Fire sprinkler system used for story increase and for fire area. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**
