Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: construction of select new interior nonbearing walls to create (2) offices, select wall infill at opening leading into warehouse, relocate existing light fixtures, some electrical work and interior finishes to be in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2012 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system.
