**(VANILLA - ONE CAPITAL CENTER - 1st FLOOR – SUITE #101 - EAST OF LOBBY TENANT SPACE INTERIOR DEMO)** NO OCCUPANCY ALLOWED UNDER THIS PERMIT. TENANT SHALL APPLY FOR CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY PRIOR TO OCCUPYING THE SPACE. This building is fire sprinklered because it is a high-rise. Permit is for interior demo of an existing 5,398 sq. ft. 1st floor tenant space within a 15 story high rise building. Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: removal of doors, door frames, walls, millwork, suspended acoustic ceiling, lighting and mechanical duct work, construction of select interior nonbearing wall to close off the hallway, some electrical work and interior finishes to be in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2012 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department.
