Description
Scope of work is to convert 525 sq. ft. non-habitable portion of the basement into habitable space which will include an exercise/flex room full bath and an office. The walls in this area will be furred out and insulated to R-13. On the main floor work includes converting the existing office into a bedroom with full bath, open up the kitchen to dining room area with structural beam with new spread footings in basement. upstairs work will include turning an existing bedroom into the master suite with bath. Shower for bathroom to be permitted under future permit do to historic approval for window replacement. Also, convert the east bbathroom into a full bath. Existing window next to new shower will be provided with approved 3M safety film as permitted by the city of Boise. This window shall not be within 4ft. of the finished floor in order to use the safety film. Electrical, plumbing and HVAC permits will be pulled separately.
