(WEST ELM) (CSN16-00180) To install a 27 square foot internally illuminated aluminum blade sign with acrylic letters (Sign B) on the Idaho Street elevation that will project more than 3 feet over the public sidewalk above the existing awning. The sign will be attached to the wall at the top and at the bottom using 11” x 11” aluminum mounting plates. Two new full height 4” x 4” columns will be installed within the existing exterior wall and will extend from a concrete beam at the 2nd story floor to the roof of the 2nd story. The bottom of the sign will be attached to the concrete beam using concrete screw anchors and the top of the sign will be attached to the new 4” x 4” columns using lag bolts. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the structural design, with the attachment details, and with all applicable codes and ordinances. **CJW**
