Work to include: removal of select interior nonbearing wall, removal of select interior door/door frame, construction of select interior nonbearing walls to create (2) offices, a storage room and a clerical room, new acoustic suspended ceiling, new lighting fixture, electrical work, mechanical work and interior finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2006 IBC.
