Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Scope of work includes: installation of new nonbearing interior walls to create a retail area, a janitor’s closet and an ADA accessible restroom, adding a Hi/Lo drinking fountain, new mop sink, new light fixtures, electrical work, mechanical work and plumbing work and interior finishes to be in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2012 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**
