To relocate a 1,733 square foot modular classroom building from Lake Hazel Middle School (Ada County) to Centennial High School (City of Boise). This modular classroom building will replace an existing modular classroom building that will be relocated off-site for repairs. The finished floor of this building shall be located no more than 30 inches above grade. Work is to include masonry block footing pads, masonry block piers, adjustable jack stands, tie down straps, helix soil anchors, cement board skirting, crawlspace vents, 4 feet high FRP interior wall finish, aluminum exterior ramps, aluminum exterior landings at doors, and exterior concrete sidewalks at grade. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the structural design, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes and ordinances. The fire alarm system is required to comply with NFPA 72 as regulated by the Fire Department. Separate fire alarm permits shall be obtained prior to beginning any modification or installation work on such systems. **CJW**
