Also, adding approximately 102 sq. ft. of new covered porch area onto the back of the house. Removal of interior kitchen, bathroom and office walls to create a different floor plan. Upstairs includes relocating the master bedroom and bath, creating a 4th bedroom and constructing a 260 sq. ft. upper deck.
