Located in WUI Zone A ** Scope of work is to add new porch roof and replace porch steps located at the front of the home. Also add new pergola and patios located in the rear of the home. Contractor shall use heavy timber per the approved plans, stamped engineering and local codes to show compliance with WUI zone A requirements. The "detached" pergola will not have to meet WUI requirements per Scott Arellano due to the open design. **DAF**
