DRH16-00088 ** Scope of work is to construct a new 23x20.5 sq. ft. detached garage with a storage only attic above. The property is located in the Historic Overlay District. A variance was obtained to allow the structure to be rebuilt with ono-conforming setbacks. The south wall and eave will be 1 hr. fire rated construction with no opening or penetrations. The alley wall and eaves will not be required to be fire rated however will not be allowed to cross over the property line. Electrical permit will be pulled separately. The work will be performed per the approved plans and local codes. The steel structure may be required to be rebuilt if not to code. If so, an engineer will be required and a plan modification will be needed to rebuild this structure. **DAF**
