To remodel a 643 square foot shell space located in the basement of the historic portion of the Owyhee Place building. Work is to include suspended acoustical ceilings, wall insulation, gypsum wallboard, water source heat pumps, ducts, diffusers, grilles, outside air ducts and connections, and finishes. This permit does not establish a Certificate of Occupancy for any tenant. A separate permit is required to establish occupancy. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes and ordinances. The fire sprinkler system is required to comply with NFPA 13 and the fire alarm system is required to comply with NFPA 72 as regulated by the Fire Department. Separate fire sprinkler permits and fire alarm permits shall be obtained prior to beginning any modification or installation work on such systems. **CJW**
