**(LEKU ONA HOTEL)** Permit is for exterior repairs for an existing 2,098 sq. ft. two story historic building. Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: adding (5) new select exterior engineered window awnings, repair/replace decaying, weathered or missing front entry subfloor and deck, exterior entry stair first and second floor wood balusters, new paint and miscellaneous finish work. All exterior wood surfaces shall be protected from the elements with a protective treatment and comply with the 2012 IBC for weather protection. Note: the second floor area above the front porch is considered a roof not a balcony, there is no code compliant access or guards. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department.
