Permit to reroof, replace all windows (will meet egress if possible in existing opening), repair exterior siding as needed, replace and skim coat existing gypsum board as needed, new doors (interior and exterior), new kitchen cabinets and appliances, new bath fixtures. Electrical to be updated as needed including smoke detectors and carbon monoxide alarms. Separate electrical, plumbing, mechanical permits are required.
