Scope of work is to gut the entire house and move walls as indicated on the approved plans. Also, raise ceiling in the kitchen, living room/family room area per the engineered drawings. Insulation will be reinstalled to max. amount possible and smoke and CO detectors will be installed and hard wired. Windows will be replaced and the ones in bedrooms shall meet egress.
