**(VANILLA - 1st FLOOR – SUITE #180)** NO OCCUPANCY ALLOWED UNDER THIS PERMIT. TENANT SHALL APPLY FOR CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY PRIOR TO OCCUPYING THE SPACE. Permit is to remodel an existing 2,726 sq. ft. tenant space by dividing it into two separate tenant spaces, this vacant tenant space is to be 728 sq. ft. and the remaining 1,998 sq. ft. is to be an occupied tenant space created under BLD16-02289. Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: removal of select interior nonbearing walls, removal of select door/door frame, construction of select nonbearing wall to demise tenant spaces and create a demising wall, select wall infill, some electrical work and interior finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2012 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**
