Scope of work is to repair fire damage on the main floor (565 sq. ft.). This will include replacing trusses, siding, house wrap, OSB, insulation in the walls (at R-13 ok) and insulation in the ceiling (at R-38), and new sheetrock on the walls and ceiling. Also, all windows on the main floor will be replaced (min. u-value of 0.35). Other areas of smoke ane water damage may also be replaced as needed. Electrical permit will be pulled separately.
