Verizon Wireless is proposing the following scope of work at their BOI Exit 49 communication site:
No change to the existing CDMA antennas.
Swap out the (3) existing LTE antennas with (3) Hex-port antennas for LTE/AWS services.
Swap out the (3) existing PCS antennas with (3) Hex-port antennas.
Swap out the (3) existing 40W AWS Remote Radio Head (RRH) amps with (3) new 60W AWS RRH.
Add (6) RRH amps for PCS and 700MHz = (9) RRH amps total.
Add (1) run of Hybriflex cable and (1) additional OVP (surge suppression) box for the tower top.

There will also be some minor modifications within the existing ground shelter; however, there will not be any changes in ground space, power requirements or overall tower height. The upgraded equipment will provide new frequencies to prepare for the next generation and improve capacity coverage in the area.

The work will be performed per the approved plans, attached engineering and local codes. **DAF**
