The series of channel letters will be individually mounted to a raceway. The raceway will be flush mounted directly to the building fascia as detailed on the approved drawings. The total area of the sign is about 30 square feet with no letter having an area more than about 7 square feet. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the attachment details, and with all applicable codes and ordinances. **CJW**
