Scope of work is to return a converted garage from living space back into a garage, and then add 210 sq. ft. of new garage onto the existing garage. Also, add on a 228 covered patio onto the front of the home. The patio will be concrete and the footings for the roof structure will be per plan. All windows on the home will be replaced and will comply with the energy code as well as building code in regards to tempered glazing as required and egress window in all bedrooms. Some siding will be removed and will be continuously sheathed where needed. The entire interior will be stripped of all sheetrock and insulation and be replaced per code.
