Per Bob Archibald- To establish a demolition permit for a 2,000 sq. ft. single family residence at above location that has been previously demolished/removed without a permit. The structure was connected to a septic and not City sewer. Bond value would have been established at $9,000.00 and in accordance with owner's agreement. This permit is issued subject to inspector's approval of the sewer cap and site preparation prior to any grading or filling. Note: The Environmental Protection Agency must be notified 10 working days in advance for all renovations that disturb 260 lineal feet/160 square feet/35 cubic feet of asbestos containing materials.
