Description |
Fire Repair SFD. Permit to repair fire damaged areas. Existing trusses over Upper Floor and Garage are to be removed and replaced. Other trusses are to remain. Beams, headers and girder trusses are being inspected by an engineer and replaced as required. Exterior two story wall and two Garage walls are to be removed and replaced. The covered porch is to be rebuilt as per sketch {2x10 rafters at 24" o.c., 2x12 ledger, 4x10 beams, (2) 4x4 posts with column caps and post bases, (2) 18" diameter x 24" conc piers}. Each room shall be treated, repaired and fixtures/appliances replaced as specified by detail sheets provided. Separate electrical, plumbing and mechanical permits are required. Electrical, plumbing and mechanical is to be replaced and repaired as needed. HVAC contractor called to verify the existing duct work can be cleaned and will remain. All work to be done according to plans, notes, review notes and local codes. **BJM**
