Plan modification on 7/27/16 to change the design of the foundation from a pier to a thickened slab along the perimeter but still comply with the engineers design at the column bearing points. Spoke to the engineer on the phone and he did not have any issues with this design change. **DAF** Scope of work is to construct a stand alone pole structure/patio cover & pergola. The covered area is 17'x20' (340 sq. ft.) and the open pergola portion is 10'x20' (200 sq. ft.). The structure will have electricity running to it but no gas, plumbing or HVAC. Electrical and permit will be pulled separately. The work will be performed per the approved plans, stamped engineering and local codes. **DAF**
