Work to include: removal of interior nonbearing walls, construction of select interior nonbearing walls to create offices, waiting area, exam rooms, treatment rooms, conference room, therapy area, break room, reception area, clean/dirty room, DR. areas, imaging room, nurse room and (2) ADA accessible restrooms, new door/door frames, wall Infill of 1 hour rated corridor, new millwork, suspended acoustic ceiling, adding new light fixtures, new sinks, plumbing work, electrical work, mechanical and interior finishes to be in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2012 IBC. This building is not Fire Sprinklered. This building has an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department.
