Permit for fire damage repair to existing house that had fire in garage. Scope of work includes new manufactured trusses over garage and replacement of drywall inside garage and bedrooms above that were water damaged. Scope also includes small amount of exterior siding repair and electrical repair in garage and the two bedrooms above. If any other strucural members are found to be affected by the fire, a plan modification to include that into scope of work is required. The floor plan will remain the same as before. Separate electrical permit is required. All work is to be done according to approved plans and current local codes. //leg
