Permit to enclose existing sun porch on upper floor, remove (2) bearing walls (Engineering has been provided), replace existing Kitchen with new cabinets and appliances. Existing Basement Storage to be converted to Living space and a bathroom added. Minimum ceiling height to be 7' or cannot be Living Space. Existing stairs to storage to be built to current codes (width may be 34" finished but has been deemed acceptable by supervisors). See DRH16-00335 for Certificate of appropriateness.
