Permit to repair after fire. All charred trusses and structural members are being replaced. Engineering will be required for all charred members proposed to remain. Trusses, damaged sheathing, underlayment and all asphalt shingles to be replaced. Electrical to be replaced as needed/required. Kitchen to be replaced (appliances, cabinets, mechanical, ect.). Garage ceiling and walls to be replaced with appropriate gypsum board. See Intermountain Claims description for individual room repairs and cleaning.
