Scope of work is to turn the existing living room into master bedroom, master bath and closet. The window in the new master bathroom adjacent to the shower will have tempered glazing installed. Also, fur out wall to hide plumbing, reduce the width of the laundry room door, widen door in bathroom upstair while filling in a door in that bathroom. Other doors on the main floor will be filled in to create better circulation. Replace front door and sliding door in living room. Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors shall be brought up to code.
