(ONE STONE SCHOOL – HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS – INTERIOR NONSTRUCTURAL DEMOLITION) (DRH16-00178 / CUP16-00025) The fire sprinkler system is used for building area increase and for fire flow. To perform interior nonstructural demolition work within an existing 11,596 square foot building. Work under this permit includes removing interior nonbearing and/or nonshear walls, interior ceilings, and interior finishes. Do not remove the ceiling unless sprinkler coverage is able to be maintained in accordance with the Boise City Fire Department. All essential elements of the building fire sprinkler system and fire alarm system must be maintained throughout this demolition phase. No new construction or exterior work is allowed under this permit. This permit does not establish a Certificate of Occupancy for any tenant. Tenant improvement work will be done under permit BLD16-02810. CJW
