Permit for interior remodel of existing two-story dwelling. Scope of work on main level includes opening wall between dining/kitchen and removing existing archway. Upper level scope is to construct partition wall between master bed and master bathroom, remove standing shower and convert existing tub to shower. Scope of work also includes select new lighting fixtures and plumbing fixtures in same locations, new venting of range hood, and miscellaneous interior finishes. All windows will be replaced and pulled under separate building permit. Separate electrical, plumbing, and mechanical permit is required.
