Permit for interior remodel, 60 sq. ft. laundry room addition, and 690 sq. ft. attached garage addition. Interior remodel includes conerting one bedroom into office, convert family room into master suite, enlarge bathroom, remove wall between kitchen/living room and install roof beam per engineering. All existing windows will be replaced, enlargement of existing bedroom windows, and new windows in new master suite. Separate erosion, electrical, plumbing and mechanical permits are required.
