The scope of work is to convert an existing office building into duplex. The office building originally was two separate dwellings and was later connected to convert into an office building. The owner now wants to convert it into a duplex. A 1 hr. fire rated assembly shall be constructed per the approved plan from the top of foundation to the underside of the highest roof deck of the common wall.
