Scope of work is to create a 5 ft. x 10 ft. master bathroom and closet by using a portion of the existing garage. The exterior existing 2x4 wall will be furred out to fit an R-20 batt in the wall. New wall in garage will be 2x6 construction with an R-20 batt. The new bathroom floor will have an R-30 insulation. R-38 should be existing in the the garage but need to be verified. The bedroom was an office and therefore the window shall meet egress requirements. Electrical, plumbing and HVAC permits will be pulled separately.
