***Plan Modification 10-31-16 Builder wants to use 8" ICF forms instead of the standard 8" concrete basement wall proposed. Ted approved changes for Historic (non-visible alteration). All work to be done according to plans and local codes. *** BJM *** Permit to raise existing home and add full Basement with 8' tall concrete walls. Certificate of Appropriateness - DRH16-00363. Existing rear porch (86 square feet) was converted to living space but has not been included in Ada County Assesor Records. New Basement will be 758 square feet total with (2) Bedrooms, Bathroom, Laundry/Mechanical and Gathering Room. Upper Floor will remain the same but a new Kitchen, new Bathroom fixtures, and closets will be added. All existing windows and doors are to remain. New plumbing and electrical to be installed. New furnace using the existing duct work to be installed. Separate electrical, plumbing, mechanical and erosion permits are required. All work to be done according to plans, notes, review notes and local codes. **BJM**
