Call 30 mins before // ###-####. on site with Bob Archibald and Daryl DeGrange to go over work that was completed with no permits. A coorection notice was issued: Home owner to remove portions of sheet rock as discussed so that framing and wiring can be inspected. Smoke alarms to be hard wired and interconnected and the correct valuation given to city of boise. See electrical case for corrections. Once sheet rock is removed, another building conferance is to be scheduled.

A correction notice was posted stating that this permit is for kitchen remodel only and does not dismiss the MIS. case for the work behind the garage that was not permited.( Additional walls ans creation of bedroom.) Also had a parcel hold placed.

The scope of work on this permit only covers the kitchen remodel portion and does not cover any of the additional walls and added bedroom that were constructed with out permits. WIll post a seperate correction notice noting the that this permit does not dismiss the MIS permit case that has been created.
