(SOLAR – BANNER BANK BUILDING – 10th FLOOR SUITE 1090) The fire sprinkler system is used for high rise and for story increase. Permit is to remodel an existing 897 sq. ft. office tenant space on the 10th floor of a high-rise building. Work is to include: installation of interior nonbearing NXTWALL demountable partitions to create (3) offices, a conference rooms, an open office area and a break area, new door/door frames, millwork, new light fixtures, electrical work and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2012 IBC. The access floor system and the suspended ceilings were installed under permit BLD05-02939. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**
