Permit is to remodel an existing 897 sq. ft. office tenant space on the 10th floor of a high-rise building. Work is to include: installation of interior nonbearing NXTWALL demountable partitions to create (3) offices, a conference rooms, an open office area and a break area, new door/door frames, millwork, new light fixtures, electrical work and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2012 IBC. The access floor system and the suspended ceilings were installed under permit BLD05-02939. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**
