Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: removal of select interior nonbearing wall, removal of select soffit, relocate removed door/door frame with sidelight, construction of new select interior nonbearing walls, new select door/door frame, electrical work, mechanical work, and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2012 IBC. This building is fully fire sprinklered for area increase.
