Permit for repairs to several existing structure on the site with work to include the replacements of several sections of siding as well as either repair or replacemnt of some trusses and wall sections on the garages per the attached engineering report. If the trusses are to be repairred the repairs shall be per an engineers evaluation and calculations to be provided to the structural inspector upon inspection. Any truss replacements shall be accompanied by truss manufactures details and engineering to be presented to the structural inspector at the time of inspection. This is a scope of work permit only. All repairs are to be consistent with the original construction. Repairs are to occur on units 35, 36, 42, 43, 44, and 45 per the attached engineering report. CDM
