Work to include: removal of interior nonbearing walls, door/door frames, lighting fixtures and suspended acoustic ceiling, construction of interior nonbearing walls to create offices, conference rooms, open office areas, a server room, storage rooms, break rooms and a reception area, new millwork, new suspended acoustic ceiling, light fixtures, plumbing work, electrical work, mechanical work and interior finishes to be in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2012 IBC.
