The scope of work is to add on to the existing dining and kitchen area by removing an exterior load bearing wall and bumping the wall out adding 125 sq. ft. of new living space. In addition, add a wet bar in the kitchen with an additional wing wall at the end of the bar. The work will be performed per the approved plans, attached engineering and local codes.
