(SEPERATE ENTRANCE FOR 2ND FLOOR) Permit to enclose the entry area to the second story with work to include the installation of a new exterior door and constructing a partial interior wall at the existing stairs as well as installing an additional layer of t type X gypsum to the wall and under side of the stairs to provide a one hour separation at the stairs. There is no change in the usage of the spaces as the main level is used as a daycare with the second story used as a living space for the original daycare owners.
