Permit is to remodel an existing 3,363 sq. ft. vacant space on the 9th floor of an existing high-rise building. This permit is approved contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: removal of select interior nonbearing walls within the tenant space floor area, construction of select interior non-bearing walls to create a demising wall, huddle room, a studio area, an open office space, a conference room, a break room, an office and a reception area, select new door/door frames, select new millwork, select new acoustic ceiling, new light fixtures, electrical work, plumbing work, mechanical work and interior finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2012 IBC.
