Application for inspection to determine the requirements for the issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy for an existing 952 square foot tenant space to be used as a smoothie and juice cafe. This tenant space was previously occupied by “Bowl of Heaven”. Egress is directly to the outside at grade. No new work is authorized under this permit except for minor work that may be needed to correct noncompliant conditions that may exist. Painting, carpeting, counter tops, shelves, and similar finish work are not required to have a building permit. Cooking operations that create grease laden vapors or are a hazard to the sewer system are not allowed. Compliance is required with the items listed in the plan review report under Referenced Code Sections because noncompliance with these items is believed to constitute a distinct hazard to life and safety. **CJW**
