(Vanilla - 916 Park Apartments) NO OCCUPANCY ALLOWED UNDER THIS PERMIT. TENANT SHALL APPLY FOR CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY PRIOR TO OCCUPYING THE SPACE. Permit is to remodel an existing 1,101 sq. ft. retail space on the first floor north east area created under BLD12-02886. Approval is contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work includes removal of rated corridor door openings and infill rated openings, new walls to create a kitchen area, (2) storage rooms and an open area, relocating the existing accessible restroom and adding an accessible tub, relocating door/door frames, new millwork, new sink, adding a fenced patio area, electrical work, plumbing work, mechanical work and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2012 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. Appears that walls have been added since last fire sprinkler modification, Fire sprinklers need to be added in lowered ceiling by restroom and main entry to space. Fire sprinkler in storage room and wall by main entry are to close to wall.
