Scope of work is to finish a partially unfinished basement. In 1983 when the home was constructed, 422 sq. ft. of the basement was finished with a bedroom, bathrooom, mechanical room. The scope of work under this permit will be to finish the remaining 822 sq. ft. of basement to create an additional bedroom (with proper egress window), and a media room, and family room as well as fur out other remaining walls and insulate them. Smoke detectors will be installed per code where permitted on both levels of the home.
